IMCAS (International Master Course on Aging Science) hosts congresses dedicated to plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic and aging science, bringing physicians the latest evidence-based techniques and industry developments. Its flagship event, IMCAS World, is held every January in Paris and is one of the largest international medical congresses in its field. The IMCAS World 2027 edition runs under the theme "Science First," from January 28 to 30, 2027, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris.

Palais des Congrès de Paris is a major exhibition and convention centre located at Porte Maillot in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, operated by Viparis. It has underground parking with close to 1,700 spaces and direct access into the venue.

How to reach?

  • Metro: Line 1 (La Défense – Château de Vincennes), "Porte Maillot" station – Palais des Congrès exit.
  • RER: Line C (Pontoise), "Neuilly – Porte Maillot" station – Palais des Congrès exit.
  • Tramway: T3b, "Porte Maillot" station.
  • Bus: Lines 82, 73, 43, 244, PC1, PC2, PC3.
  • Car: Paris ring road (périphérique) – Porte Maillot exit (inner loop) or Porte des Ternes exit (outer loop).
  • From Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) airports: approx. 40 minutes by taxi; approx. 1h20 (CDG) / 60 min (ORY) by public transport.

FAQ's

  • IMCAS World 2027 will take place January 28–30, 2027, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Paris, France (and online).

  • Registration online (physical or virtual): register to each congress through the dedicated online ‘Registration’ page by following the easy registration process.

  • It depends on your nationality. IMCAS recommends a Tourist Visa where possible and can issue an official Invitation Letter to support a visa application once registration is complete.

  • By taxi it takes about 40 minutes from either Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) airport. By public transport, allow about 1 hour 20 minutes from CDG or 60 minutes from ORY.

  • A refund may be issued upon email submission of the official written response from your embassy or consulate; requests submitted less than 30 days before the congress are processed after the event. A bank-transfer refund may carry a 20-euro administrative fee.

  • You are very welcome to join one of our conferences, however kindly note that to respect our participants and consequently stay consistent in our pricing policy we keep the registration fees as they are.
  • Note that we provide preferred rates displayed on our website for early bird registrations.
