About Us

Welcome to the official information page for IMCAS World 2027, hosted by IMCAS (International Master Course on Aging Science). What began in 1994 as a discussion between 50 European physicians founded by Dr. Benjamin Ascher and Sonia Ascher has grown over three decades into one of the leading international medical congresses dedicated to dermatology, plastic surgery, and aging science, now welcoming more than 20,000 attendees a year across its congresses worldwide.

IMCAS congresses are medical research conferences focused on providing physicians — plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical aesthetic practitioners — with the latest academic updates for their professional progress in these fields.

The primary objective is to reinforce knowledge at the junction of plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology, while also covering aesthetic surgery, non-invasive aesthetic treatments, clinical dermatology, and regenerative medicine.

IMCAS brings together evidence-based techniques from prominent speakers alongside the newest developments from major industry players, ensuring every edition is built on validated science.

IMCAS World 2027 will be held January 28–30 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris under the theme "Science First," bringing together clinicians, researchers, and industry innovators for in-depth lectures, live procedure showcases, and interactive workshops covering plastic surgery, dermatology, and aging science. The congress continues IMCAS's founding mission: helping physicians deepen their knowledge and stay at the forefront of a rapidly evolving discipline, in an experience where research meets practice and innovation meets evidence.
